Every Chem-Pruf product is custom made to meet the customer's unique specifications from exact dimensions to special options to specially-formulated resin chemistry. At Chem-Pruf, all our doors, door frames, windows, louvers and accessories are assembled from fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) components produced in-house. Chem-Pruf controls the entire process ensuring the highest manufacturing standards and strict quality control. The result is products of such quality that they set the standard in the industry.
Tough and Beautiful
Certainly, the surface of an FRP product is the most visible and in many ways the most important element. It is the first line of defense against corrosion. Each Chem-Pruf product has a pigmented, corrosion-resistant finish called gelcoat applied as the initial step of fabrication. This means the finish and color is actually molded into every product. Even special colors, designs and patterns can be produced. The end result is a tough, low-maintenance, corrosion and atmospheric-resistant surface that never needs painting.
Our frames and profiles are resin transferred in matched, closed, gelcoated molds. Our doorplates ( the door faces) are manufactured at our facility on gelcoated molds. This enables Chem-Pruf to offer color matched doors, door frames, windows and louvers.
